• All activities associated with the International Combative Arts Federation (ICAF) and its member gyms involve contact sports and intense physical training, including combative martial arts and mixed martial arts.
• Participants are required to engage in rigorous physical activity with contact sports, and ICAF, its member gyms, directors, instructors, managers, and staff do not assume any responsibility for minor or major injuries that may occur during training or visits to the training center.
• All participants and members are responsible for their personal belongings, and ICAF and its member gyms and staff are not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.
• Participants are advised that photos (digital or otherwise) and videos may be used for promotional purposes without prior written or verbal consent. These materials may be utilized for further promotion and marketing on various media platforms, including social media.
• ICAF and its member gyms reserve the right of admission and may refuse membership to any individual deemed unfit for training or participation in its activities and programs.
• Individuals are strongly recommended to obtain clearance from medical and legal services before seeking membership and engaging in training activities.
• In the event a member cannot continue to pay the membership fee, termination of membership is not automatic until all dues owed to the gym or organization are paid. Legal action may be taken against members with outstanding dues.
• ICAF gyms uphold a culture of martial arts discipline and respect. Members are required to display appropriate behavior, language, and attire. Mutual respect must be practiced at all times.
• Members are obligated to wear authorized clothing and uniforms, along with using appropriate training equipment. Training safety measures must be adhered to at all times.
• All gym rules and regulations must be followed by all members.
